Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective or Damaged Product:
    • The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
    • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in a defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  1. Non-Functioning Product:
    • Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  1. Reporting Issues:
    • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a MITSUKI FUTURE INDIA team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by MITSUKI FUTURE INDIA.
    • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
  1. Replacement Process:
    • In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.

Non-Eligible Circumstances for Replacement:

  • The customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product.
  • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Damage caused by an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Please note that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.

 

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and, therefore, have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  1. Order Communication and Shipping: Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  2. Same Day Delivery: There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  3. Special Occasions: No cancellations are entertained for products obtained on special occasions. These are limited occasion offers and, therefore, cancellations are not possible.

Product Pricing

  • Product prices listed on the website are current.
  • Every care has been taken to label the products accurately; however, errors in data entry and updating may occur.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if a transaction has been made where the indicated price was incorrect.
  • In such rare events, we will provide a full refund of all money received from the customer.
  • Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
  • All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees.
  • For international cards used on the site, the applicable exchange rate and charges of the bank will apply.
  • We have no jurisdiction over exchange rates and bank charges; any disputes or queries should be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing.
  • We will bill at the price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
  • Our products are liable for GST in India.

Out of Stock Situations

Our endeavor at MITSUKI FUTURE INDIA is to ensure that all products listed on our site are available in stock for dispatch to our buyers. However, in the rare event that a product is unavailable, we are committed to processing a refund promptly.

Delivery of Products

  • Shipping Sources: Products are shipped from our own facilities or third-party warehouses/stores/offices across various locations in India.
  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver products within 7-10 business days from receipt of order and payment, depending on the delivery address.
  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made by our own staff, third-party courier and logistics companies, or Postal Services, typically between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  • Signature Requirement: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. We are not responsible for goods signed by someone other than the person who placed the order at the specified address.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of ordering, as transactions are authorized by the cardholder.
  • Post-Delivery Damage: We do not take responsibility for any damage to products occurring after delivery.
  • Claims for Shortages or Damages:
    • Report any shortages or damages to customer service on the day of delivery via the “Contact Us” page on our website.
    • Highlight any shortages on the Proof of Delivery copy and return it to the delivery person.
  • Undelivered Orders:
    • If your order is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, report it within 24 hours. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
  • Refunds: If a product is undelivered or returned to its origin, customers are entitled to a full refund, provided the product does not have custom engraving.

Delivery Charges

  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on:

  • Shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • You will know the total charges before completing your payment.
  • For orders below Rs 499, a shipping charge of Rs 50 will apply.
